I’m Zack Norton. Outside of Goalkeeping, I work in sales here in Springfield, MO. I’m a 417 local. I grew up in Nixa until 8th grade, when I moved up north to Saint Charles Illinois, only to find myself back in Springfield at Drury University for college. I graduated in 2020 as a Chemistry major and Computer Science minor.

Mosts sessions will have Dr. Rachel from Missouri Sport and Spine present. Dr. Rachel specializes in sports recovery and soft tissue techniques such as Active Release Technique and Graston.

Training is currently held at Bobby and Betty Allison Sports town NorthWest of Springfield, Mo.

After general warmups have concluded, I’ll organize everyone by putting 4-5 goalkeepers on a goal. Each session we will work through different modalities such as shot stopping, corner kicks, breakaways, free kicks, long balls, etc. Attention to detail will be emphasized.

I did group GK training in Chicago called PAWS Goalkeeping Academy with Douglas Cardosi. I am hoping to bring the big city goalkeeper training to the 417 area. I enjoyed training with and getting to know other goalkeepers that I played against and competed with.
